Frequently asked questions

How is my donation used?
100% of donated funds go directly to our four programme pillars: baseline research, health worker training, the tech referral system, and surgical costs. Administrative costs are covered separately.
Can I donate in USD, GBP or EUR?
Yes. Our payment gateway accepts international cards and the amounts shown in USD are indicative. Contact us directly at voicesforlittlelives@gmail.com for international wire transfer details.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
We are a registered non-profit in Kenya. Tax deductibility depends on your country of residence. We can provide official donation receipts on request for your tax authority.
Can I set up a recurring donation?
Yes. GiveWP (our donation platform) supports monthly and annual recurring gifts. Once the payment form is live, you will see the recurring option during checkout.
How do I donate via M-Pesa?
M-Pesa integration is available via our Flutterwave or Pesapal gateway. If you prefer to send via M-Pesa directly, contact us at +254 724 222 703 for the Paybill or Till number.
Will I receive updates on my impact?
All partners receive quarterly impact reports. Community Partners and above receive detailed programme updates. Lead Partners and above receive individual patient journey narratives (anonymised).
